I downloaded the Nike Training App and used it for the first time today. I did a 30-minute toning workout and I’m exhausted! The picture doesn’t do it justice, but I was DRENCHED in sweat.
In all seriousness, it was a great workout! Did I mention it’s all free?! I highly recommend this app to the fit-enthusiast who doesn’t have time for the gym. I could definitely see myself using this on days when I’m not running.
